So here's the thing i dont think this is edible or sea salt. The salt is uncleaned (cleaning and refining are 2 different process). I have found a hair, black coloured substances in the packet. I would not buy this again. And I think the review are bought here.

Well, if by flaky one understands that it breaks too easily, these might be a bit coarse and hard than that. But this is the best in the market and definitely, the texture of salt and its size has improved so much relative to what it was earlier. So it's a good choice to make. It'll be fine for sprinkling over your chocolates, but the quantity would need be adjusted accordingly.
