The first time I bought this, was years back for healing ear lobe piercings. It worked really well. This was perfect as a sea salt soak. It’s also very good for sore throats, throat infections and ulcers. Unfortunately, not good for cooking. Doesn’t melt while baking. And definitely a no-no for salads. Works okay when boiling water for pasta.

Yes there were some foreign particles in the packet along with sea salt but it helped me greatly to detox my body. I used to have two teaspoons of sea salt with a litre of water and trust me guys -it made my bowel move within two hours . Once you have it , you have to make your bathroom your best friend cuz you'll be revisiting it so frequently . It will remove toxins from your body so that your body can absorb nutrients better and help lose weight . I’d definitely recommend it to the detox newbies.
