It is crunchy, tastes good with peanut butter, applesauce, hummus etc. It is a good, light snack. It is a bit pricey but helps to have it around the house when you want a crunch and not eat chips or mathis. Would still recommend people to consider it as a snack only and eat it with something else as well and not as a whole meal while trying to lose weight.
