Although expensive and given that we are a rice eating population with an abundance of rice and paying so much for ‘aerated rice’ papads might seem counter at first, the product is very good at being what it is that is a Rice cake. I’m sure it has reasons for being pricey- the brown rice, the niche machinery for producing it etc. But all that aside, the rice cakes from this brand are always fresh and make for a great toppings base or a light snack on its own.
