We use bananas sourced directly from the farms in Tamil Nadu. Once the bananas reach our freeze drying facility our trained helpers begin a meticulous process of plucking their leaves washing and slicing. To transform the fruit into our signature ‘freeze-dried bananas’ we first draw out their moisture and then freeze-dry them using a process that ensures that the Bonvie fruit you eat is just as tasty colourful and nutritious as the raw fruit!
