This is a household favourite. Even after opening the packet we've stored it for 2 months and tastes just as good when we fried the last lot. Stays crunchy for 3 to 4 days after frying. Tastes a bit like fryums but so much better than those fried golgappa packets from neighbourhood mithaiwalas. It's pricey though.

They are amazing.. almost every golgappa got puffed up... (Probably 2% weren't puffed) I also think that they are not 100% semolina, but still they taste amazing and are very good option to have home made Pani Puri. I will recommend it for sure.
