I'm always skeptical of this ingredient called edible vegetable oil. Why don't manufacturers specify which oil it is ? Since they don't, I suspect it's palmolein, the cheapest oil available and definitely not a healthy oil.

Excellent taste...came neatly and safely packaged and was delivered before time...All the papads were intact....This is the exact taste I was looking for...It tastes like exactly how it is made in homes in UP and Bihar..I had it in two ways....fried in hot oil which is the traditional way of eating ..and roasted for 3 slots of 30 sec.. 30 sec...30 sec ( as in 90 sec total time)...The taste of the microwaved version was good but that of the fried one was several notches higher...I will order this brand again as I used to buy the same brand while I was in Lucknow some years ago.

The aloo papad is really good, thin and crisp when roasted over the flame. It arrives packaged well, and mostly is free from broken papads. The taste is great and I cannot imagine why we did not discover this before. I've tried a few alternatives, but nothing comes close to the taste and unbroken papads here. Highly recommended! Since it is shipped directly from the source, there is a delivery charge - but one can combine multiple boxes (as they only have one size) for similar or marginally higher delivery charge and save that way.
