It's sooo good for my cravings for something sweet it is helping me to stay on my diet but it's not keto it has besan milk powder which are not keto at all and slows down ur weight loss be careful as they r cheating u into it

Keto doesn't mean low carb only .I don't want to explain the details study yourself. Besan has 1tbs=13g net carb,.it's not considered keto. Low carb yes may be .but I ate this one and then checked my sugar level spiked. The cookies are tasty but now my 2.5 mt of hardwork is destroyed by it .please name them low carb and not keto.i got to restart my journey and you don't know how difficult that is .
