Finally my favourite biscuits have started coming in sturdy carton box packaging. Earlier delivery methods were so poor & pathetic ( dumped in plastic bag) that at least 2 or more biscuit packs got powdered and the remaining packets were partially crumbled. After complaining I got a free replacement but subsequent deliveries have met with the same fate and the individual biscuit packs got crumbled. Nevertheless I continued to place order cause I am addicted to their taste. Hope they continue to deliver in carton boxes instead of those clumsy plastic bags!!
