Spicy Amla pickle is made using farm-fresh Amlas (Indian Goose). The amlas are steamed and dried naturally before mixing with hand pounded spices - Byadgi Chilli powder sourced from the Byadgi region of Karnataka Mohri Dal Black Pepper whole Kabuli Hing pink Salt and pickled using unrefined oil. This pickle is handmade in small batches in traditional Bharnis (ceramic jars) using lacto fermentation techniques and does not contain synthetic or natural vinegar.
