I truly like it - taste, colour and viscosity. But is it 100% pure bee's honey? Reason I ask is that it is known to science that honey is a food that can last (sealed) for literally thousands of years without going bad (fact): it is the only food known to Man that is eternal. So why state on the jar "best before 12 months of manufacture", unless adulterants such as sugar syrup have been added?
