The consistency is not thick which makes it easy to pour, not extra sweet which shows that it doesn't have added sugar or sweetner and shows that it's actually organic. The colour is also little dark like the actual honey has. Usually, i use sugar for most of the things, however, I realized it is not healthy due to high calories and seems bad for weight also. so, i switched to honey. well, I have ordered organic honey for the very first time and was unsure regarding the taste, but I am glad I found it perfect. This actually tastes good guys. Like it's authentic. It helped me in weight loss for sure. I felt cost is a bit high for the quantity offered but i liked it. HOW I USED IT ? • a spoon or half in tea morning and evening but now I'm taking tea only once a day. • used in hot water with lemon in the morning and don't eat anything for one hour. • using in green tea daily once . • milk+plain oats+honey = breakfast/dinner U can definitely buy it for a healthy way to lose weight. And it also healthy on many ways.
