Honey is used very regularly at home, in the morning drink with warm water, with lemon tea and even just a spoon during cold/sour throat. Honey is rich in antioxidants, used in many Aurvedic home remedies, but getting a good quality product is difficult. But, I got Dabur’s Organic honey this time and can tell that it is the closest to pure honey I have tasted(freshly squeezed), tasts really good too. This actually tastes good guys. Like it's authentic. It helped me in weight loss for sure. I felt cost is a bit high for the quantity offered but i liked it. HOW I USED IT ? • a spoon or half in tea morning and evening but now I'm taking tea only once a day. • used in hot water with lemon in the morning and don't eat anything for one hour. • using in green tea daily once . • milk+plain oats+honey = breakfast/dinner U can definitely buy it for a healthy way to lose weight.
