Each sachet contains enough masala for making chowmein 4 times. However, this lends a very NON-CHINESEY flavour, it has a curry type flavour. Had these had the maggi masala type flavour would have been great. But this flavour is also not bad and one actually gets used to it as a very unique type of chowmein. Overall good, cannot say excellent. Will rebuy? Yes for times we might actually miss this peculiar desi taste since we now got a hang of it!SO WHY 2 STARS LESS? WELL...THIS IS SO STRONG IN ITS DESI TASTE, IT OVERPOWERS TASTE OF ANY AND ALL VEGGIES PUT IN IT...BASICALLY U ONLY GET THE TASTE OF THE MASALA. So either ull like it or hate it.
