Whatever the content they wrote is thereFlavour is not quite right of the flax seed as if it is the old one to add or the oil of flaxseed(bcz flaxseed if stored in plastic bottle released oil and it taste and smell awfully bad)Rest is less seasoned but still ok to have one or two spoons

They are selling sub standard product. While the name shows it is SUPER TRIAL MIX with 20+ varieties but actually, there are only 18 ingredients and it is just TRIAL MIX. They are sending less and sub quality product. You can check the attached photo. its a non-returnable product. DON'T GET CHEATED by these frauds. Amazon to take action against these thieves. In the same price you can buy from your neighborhood also.

The taste of the mix is very good. Different types of nuts and berries are mixed. But I felt the mix is pretty expensive or rather over priced. I bought it to give it a try. But this is not something that can be bought regularly at this price point I feel.
