The quality of the product and air-tight/hygienic packaging are great. However, the pistachio needed more cleaning as the package had way too much broken shell and kernel skin dust. About 5% of the kernel was broken. Hence one star less.

The product is poorly packed. It MUST be vacuum sealed. Due to loose packing and the resultant friction/rubbing of seeds (Pistachios), the pack is full of pistachio-skin-dust. Certainly not a good sight. For a lesson, see the packing as well as the quality of Pistachio sent by " Leave Dry Fruits". It's SUPERB. I buy many times from Urban Platter but Pistachio is not to my satisfaction. However, The Almonds and Cashew by Urban Platter are good ones.
