I had expected the Medjoul dates to be mixed with normal dates, but was delighted to receive quality Medjoul dates from Flyberry.The packaging is smart, in a cardboard box. THE DATES RECEIVED ON 1 ST AUGUST ARE TOTALLY ROTTON AND GIVING FOUL SMELL WITH FUNGUS ON THEM.,WHEN I CONTACTED TO RETURN THE BAD ITEM, AMAZON PROMISED TO REFUND THE AMOUNT BY 8 TH AUGUST AND DIRECTED ME TO THROUGH THE ROTTON STUFF AND NEED NOT BE RETURNED . BUT SO FAR I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY REFUND.THE STATUS OF MY COMPLAINT IS MADE NOT VISIBLE. REQUEST FRIENDS NOT TO BUY THIS ITEM AT ALL. VERY DANGER TO HEALTH.IF AMAZON DOES NOT FULFILL THE PRON=MISE I SHALL TAKE UP FOR SUITABLE ACTION.
