This is the first time I purchased the Apricot kernels, otherwise I used to buy dry apricots and extract the kernels myself. This packed product contains kernels which are too bitter in taste with flavor of chemical. I am sure these guys are using some kind of chemical for extracting / polishing these kernels. I am happy that I did not purchased the large pack, otherwise it would have been a waste. If somebody says that apricot kernels tastes the same, then definitely not as I have been having these since past 4 years.
