out of 4 members, 2 members of my family felt that eating 1-2 Anjeers a day did help them clear their stomachs easily. The magical benefits of Anjeer fruit as claimed on Internet based health websites can not be confirmed though. If you have you have constipation then you can surely try this fruit.
