I have bought this product time and time again. The flavor is great for hearty vegetable soup and I also use it now in pasta sauces as well. I use about a teaspoon in the dishes and I find that to be enough, of course it depends on your taste. Will definitely keep using this product.

Best natural broth powder available in India. It's better in flavour and taste than the chicken broth/stock that I make at home. I use this in recipes that call for veggie or chicken stock. I love it so much that of late I've been sneaking this into everyday dishes to take them up a notch, especially veggie dishes that have no umami flavour of their own. Trust me, it will give the impression that you've slogged for hours over the stove. Urban Platter please never stop making this product as it's a kitchen staple for me.

Urban Platter’s vegetable broth bullion is probably the only and one of the decent veggie broth in Indian market. Trust me, I’ve searched for it quite a bit and as it is not a part of customary Indian Cuisine, vegetable broth is a tough find and even though simple it comes with a pretty tedious recipe!!! Now here’s the deal, when you search for vegetable broth on Silkrute you’ll land only a handful of searches in this category. Including Knorr and Maggi. And if you’re a vegetable broth user, you know that Maggi’s cubes are maggots and Knor cubes kill you with their MSG content. That leaves you with a new option- urban platter. And while I felt there was some arm twisting and blackmailing because you’ll now have to try vegetable broth from this brand ...I have to say , I’m pretty pleased with the quality, taste and how convenient it has made my life. I’ve tried Paella, Ramen, and several one bowl meals with this broth and it is flavorful and tasty. It also has no MSG. It’s quite concentrated so I realize I dont have to use a lot of it. BEWARE: IT HAS A VERY HIGH SODIUM CONTENT. If you’re a Ramen lover , you’ll enjoy this product a lot. May be not the best one out there, but it is the best available on Silkrute right now.

You have to try it to believe it, it's absolutely delicious and this will be my go to powder in every meal, just a little goes a long way and spikes up every dish. I will recommend this over Maggie vegetable cubes any day. Loved it. Must buy.
