Way better than the maggi cubes and convenient. It's worth the money paid as well as you need only 4 gms per 200 ml water. So it should last a decent amount of time. And finally, I would like to urge Urban Platter to correct the spelling on their packaging - it's BOUILLON not BULLION :)

While the bouillon is useful for soups, it is very salty. Use with extreme care. 1) No other Salt may be required in the recipe. 2) If you have to limit / regulate your salts intake - avoid this OR use less quantity while ensuring there is no salt used elsewhere in the recipe.

I bought this because it said it was free of MSG and other artificial flavours, see pics. It actually does contain flavour enhancers E627, E631 - together these are called "disodium 5?-ribonucleotides" which is basically an alternative to MSG but just as bad. It's just a fancy version of the maggi cubes, sad to see the marketing gimmicks used to fool consumers.
