Oh my, wondering why I didn't order this before. As a partial vegan, I crave veggie soups but the stock making process is too time consuming. This is god-send. Very balanced sodium content so if you're conscious about that, this won't hurt your diet. Since I like mellow foods on a regular basis, apart from soups, I sprinkle it in curries and veggie preps. One bottle and I haven't even made a dent in the quantity yet, considering I consume this regularly. Bang for your buck, right here.

Really cool for thickening up a soup. My only gripe is that the veggies used to make this are limited in variety and I would prefer something with less chemicals/sugars and more vegetable residue.
