Adds a nice flavour, taste to the vegetable soup , but definitely makes it salty too. SO reduce the salt in the soup to make up for the salty taste this powder adds. I have bought for the second time. Keeps the bottle closed tightly after use orelse it might cake.

Advantages
This is my second order for the stock powder. It gives a delicious flavour to my vegetable soups. You only need to add a teaspoon and a half to a big batch and adjust the salt to taste. It's also not high in calories which is a plus. Doesn't form lumps either.

Its very average. I have used stock powder from abroad which was excellent. Tried a couple of brands besides this in India. None of them are really good. However, this is better than the Maggi stock and less salty

I love this vegetable buillon and use it frequently. I use a generous amount more than recomended as that's when you get the real flavor. It is really good for any vegetable soup, but I do add it to meats as well. This product wasn't filled to the brim like Urban Platter's other product. It has just the right amount of starch so it does not thicken your soups too much.
