had to keep container for a day in the balcony because of COVID advisory and It leaked in a day as the container was damaged from the bottom. Waste of money in this lockdown.

This is perhaps the best EVOO in India. I've been a user of Extra Virgin Olive Oil for more than 20 years abroad, and more than 12 years here. After having tried most brands, we're now using only Colavita since 2019. We found it to be the best in taste, coor, smell, and most reliable in quality so far. The new packaging looks sleeker. But the price is exorbitant. So we buy the 5 l pack which makes it slightly economical.

The quality of the product is overall good but the packaging and handling of the product is extremely pathetic. We are giving our hard earned money for it. Silkrute should respect it's customer and deliver such a premium product in good condition.

I am paying for a premium product. It doesn’t deserve to be delivered in such a bad condition. I would appreciate adequate action . I am completely out of my oil stock at home. You may let me know if if should keep such a poorly delivered product.

Looks like rejected goods are being sold.. the box was not leaking and thus am not returning it and using it but it leaves a bad taste about the product and more so of the sellers.

It's without doubt a good quality oil available in India. Some may find it expensive but then it doesn't hurt much on save & subscribe. Plus mostly good quality oils aren't cheaper anywhere. In India I often buy Borges which is okay and Calamata whenever I could get it in Goa but Colavita is really a good option.Offcourse I received the package with little bit of damage but Silkrute Team was quick to respond and helpful as always.

Unfortunately I still don't know about its toxicological level. Many even expensive olive oils in Europe had rather disappointing laboratory reports. But if the taste is concerned it is still the best affordable olive oil I have bought. I am using it since 3-4 years and tasted at least 10 different oils.
