I ordered this Ghee as It was from Western Ghat Grazing Malanad Cow's Ghee from her precious milk.Observations :1) Ghee is at higher price but as milk yield of this Cow is not much , So not over priced. Good value for money.2) Aroma of this ghee is not that strong. I ate this Cow's Ghee Previously and that was strong Aromatic , So I am concluding that they have missed somewhere to make it in Vedic or Ayurvedic method.3) Taste is also not that great as I ate Previously another brand malnad Cow's ghee.4) Consistency, I feel it is little less viscous.I respect & revere our Holy Gaumata, hence request Gaupalak of this cow should follow vedic method for ghee making at every step of it.I will suggest the people of Maharashtra & Karnataka to please purchase this Ghee as it is very pure and medicinal in quality.
