This ghee is an excellent A2 ghee at a price much lower than most other A2 ghee and a few hundred rupees more than regular (non A2) cows ghee per kg. Very good taste and aroma. Nice traditional packing. In my view rather than use ANY non-A2 Cow Ghee at around Rs 650 per kg, better to use this A2 COW Ghee at R s 900 and get the specific health benefits of A2 Cow Ghee. Any Ghee is made by directly extracting butter from milk and heating and processing the butter to make ghee in a fast process. This makes the ghee more harmful than useful. Gavyamart A2 ghee is made by first converting the milk cream into Curd in 24 hours and then making ghee. This process preserves the MOST USEFUL NUTRIENTS of Ghee and truly benefits the body most.
