Fresh, natural & wholesome - Milk that speaks for itself. Still, there's a story to be told, and a pretty interesting one! How we came to be? During our childhood, Maa used to give us a glassful of milk right out of a clay pot as soon as we got back from school. This clay pot was kept in a Barosi. Barosi is a small pit dug on the ground lined with wooden pieces and cow dung cakes for heating the clay pot on a very low flame. After sitting for a couple of hours in the simmering flame of Barosi, the milk gets an amazingly earthy aroma. Yes, we can still smell it! And this memory is what gave birth to our brand - Barosi.

I am not an avid reviewer of the online products, but the quality and fragrance of Barosi Ghee has forced me to do so. Intially, I palced my order as it was deliverable to my place in lockdown. Everybody in the family instantly noticed the aroma coming out of the Ghee.. probably reminded me of the time my mother used to make Ghee out of cream freshly collected from milk.Though bit expensive than other brands, but it proves its worth with the quality..I am going to repeat the order!

Although I was sceptical after reading a few negative comments, but the the number of positive comments were more, I finally decided to place an order. By now, I've almost finished one jar of ghee. The ghee is A2, which is healthy for our body and organs. The ghee smells genuine, tastes genuine. No adulteration. Please, ignore the negative reviews, you can definitely guy this and use daily on your phulkas and daal. It tastes amazing and the aroma is just ????

Barosi A2 desi ghee cow ghee is natural, delicious, Healthy and totally a superfood. I always put 1 tbsp of ghee in my kids dal/rice/roti or any food. Great packaging also - glass jar that is packed in sustainable covering (double box - attached image too). Fully satisfied .
