I tested my sugar continuously for 3 days after eating this. Sugar level really came down. Very good alternative for diabetics. But you have to continue your medicines.

The same rice called "Ukra Kolam"which is available on local shops just for Rs.50/- per kg. Same taste and same colour and same effectiveness of Ukra Kolam rice. I have tasted some other brand diabetics rice before this but don't want to mention the brand name here it is little costlier than this rice but what a quality and taste, Superb!! Sorft just like the white raice and it also keep you sugar level under control.
