Whether on keto or not, try the ketofy aata for your rotis. Helps me keep full and keeps carbs under check. I don't have to hunt for more food in fridge when on keto as this keeps you full for long hours.

I am a vegetarian so being in Keto is tough and having a roti is bliss. This is not exactly like wheat roti but more like bajra roti . Tried puri's and sugar free halwa as well they are just yummy.i have tried other 2-3 popular keto flours but this one is much much better,. Only if price would be less then it would have been a 5 star keto low carb flour.

The Best part about this product is that It is really healthy . It has got a lot of fiber which is good for the body and for diet as well. Maintaining keto diet is very difficult but using this Atta it becomes easy and tasty. I really like the flavour and smell of this atta. I think everybody must follow keto and eat this atta.

For a North Indian , Roti is important. You can eat almost all the veggys you make at home and just as u make it. Just change of OIL maybe for keto. I use Olive. This flour has coconut which is clear in description but I was not aware the taste will be so strong. Plus u cant make it like ur basic Roti. Its like bajre ki roti. Very filling n difficult to make ( who does not know the method. Like Me. will face issues) I tried to make a dosa kinda mix and use ...still same taste and no fun. Out of 3 only half is used. The quantity is Good . Next I'll try making bread out of it . I dont think I will buy again once over . If you are starting like me.. start with a small pack ..
