I am a north indian and I can vouch for my fellow North Indians, none will like the taste as the coconut flavour is too strong, so I definitely don't want my rotis , bread cakes and cookies all taste like coconut . Bought 3 packs and regretting as there is no return policy . Have tried Lo! Keto atta too . It definitely tastes way better than this

I decided to try this New keto diet and started looking for food, which I can include in my diet. This is when I stumbled upon this keto atta on Silkrute and decided to order it. And believe me this is the Best thing I did for my keto diet. It’s amazing just like your usual atta you can try and experiment with this one ...to make ample of dishes like I did. I made keto pancakes, Paratha, soup, smoothie, Chilla etc using this healthy yet delicious atta...I highly recommend everyone to try this out. I have added some pics of some recipes I tried with this keto atta. Do give it a try specially if you are a vegetarian and want to try keto diet.

It is very easy to knead the dough if you use warm water and some ghee or coconut oil. You may also add some vegetables. Put the chapati or parantha on moderately hot tawa (avoid roti tawa) and cook on medium heat.Sharing picture of methi & 1/4 aloo ka parantha I made today.The final product tastes closer to missi roti.

Guys this keto atta has 506 calories per 100 gram and you need atleast 50-60gm atta to make 2 rotis. That’s a lot of calories from just rotis. It’s better to just eat the sabzi without any roti than going for this if you’re trying to lose weight on keto.
