I am using it from last six months and now they have started putting wheat and maida in it, quality is just bad. don't buy. I purchased once again, on the name of Amaranthus flour they sell wheat or maida. not worth of money.... too much glutin in the flour. You can decide if you want to purchase.

I didn't like it. The dough prepared from this flour, if roasted on tawa, becomes too sticky; and of fried then extremely oily. Doesn't give the intended result.
