Good flavour and value for money to quickly deliver an authentic, Thai street-food taste and aroma! The only niggle stopping me from giving it 5* was that it was a tad too hot for my taste. You can, of course, counter this by diluting it a bit and adding a little sugar. Along with kaffir lime and Thai ginger, we used it to make a splendid Thai, prawn green curry (with the addition of coconut milk from Amazon).

This is my second bottle. My family members don’t eat spicy so I add coriander +ginger paste,sauté it in coconut oil then real thai paste. I add my favourite vegetables like capsicum,mushrooms,broccoli ??, onions ?? ?? Just don’t like to give delivery charge because I am a prime member. But this time in pandemic it’s worth to get it at home ??
