Great product but defective dropper - of the two which I have opened cardamom and chai masala - both droppers are defective. Chai masala dropper fell into the tea itself whereas chai Masala dropper doesn’t work at all - for a fairly expensive product such poor dropper quality needs a shout out.

The bottle and dropper can be much better. The dropper broke very first time when opened and had to use it with difficulty. Also its highly concentrated and if you by mistake put 2 drops instead of one, the tea becomes bitter. A slightly diluted and higher volume pack with a better dropper will help. The product is though quite good.
