I wanted to have enough experience with the cocoa powder before I sat down to write a review. I made a switch to Holy Natural over a year ago and I've never looked back. The cocoa powder comes certified gluten-free, which is a real asset because I bake gluten-free cakes for some of my friends. The colour is authentic choco-brown and the taste is unmatched! Very dark cocoa, strong chocolate aroma. After baking, very dark and almost black in colour. Good texture. Excellent cocoa for a very dark colour. 4 star rating overall because of colour as some preparations require lighter colour.

I live this product and ordered it again but I am so upset at the packaging. The cocoa container was so badly damaged that when I removed the outer plastic bag, the lid was open and even the seal had split resulting in the cocoa spilling into the bag. Had to bin the whole thing. As it is a 'non returnable' product, am feeling totally cheated
