This roasted Darjeeling Tea has a strong roasted taste but misses the delicate flavours I enjoy in Darjeeling tea. It's easy to brew and convenient, but it might not be the best choice if you like teas with more complex flavours.

Go for it if you like your tea leaf roasted. Tried it for the first time and I am back to using normal leaf tea because roasted tea leaf is not cup of tea!

Tea quality is of medium (not at all 'orange pekoe' standard which is topmost bud and two leafs). Actually both the "branded" Darjeeling tea available in market (Lipton or Goodricks) are of medium quality.I have bought Darjeeling tea from local tea market in Kolkata. Whatever u get from the branded one at 1200 - 1500 rs / kg is available at 600 - 900 rs in local market , that too of superior quality.
