Dilute this more than they recommend. Because this juice is mixed with Sugar and when consumed without very good dilution, it may irritate your throat. (If you are sensitive to overload of sugar). Kokum juice is supposed to be mixed with Honey. I had high hopes on the brand "Keynote". But at the end, it is just a off-the-shelf concentrated juice with sugar.
