While lot of people are confused between cocoa and cacao, cocoa is nothing but ground powder of roasted cacao beans. Cacao powder is made from non roasted cacao beans.Apart from it being really tasty, Cocoa is also a great source of antioxidants as it includes numerous flavonoids (which help reduce oxidation in the body).Hershey's cocoa is a hundred percent cocoa powder without any addit8ves or fillers and to make it better it is unsweetened (with less than 2% naturally occurring sugar) unlike that of other drinking chocolate brands like cadbury, which is laced with sugar.I have been consuming this over the past 3 to 4 years and it is surprising that hershey's has maintained the same price throughout ( around Rs 250 for a 225 gram tub).Also each time that I have ordered I have received a fresh manufactured product (ordered in may 2020 and received a may 2020 manufactured tub).I mainly used for three things:1) the obvious which is making hot chocolate2) make a spread out of it with butter and Stevia3) add a spoon full to my Protein shakes post workout.Compared to other products in the market the price is on par with competition. The product packaging is also very convenient and comes in a sealed box and I have never had problems with the product going stale.Hands down the best cocoa that we can ask for.
