1. ?I've been using this product for about a month now. Anyone claiming it tastes just like homemade chai is mistaken. The authentic homemade chai has its own unique taste that can't be replicated. 2. ?However, this premix tea gets the job done. It's particularly useful when you're unable to make tea, such as for me as a student living in a hostel. 3. The flavor might not be great initially, but once you adjust to it, you'll start feeling like this is the tea you've been looking for. 4. ??Quick tip: Use less water (half a regular cup) to achieve the true chai flavor.

Personally, I prefer less sweetened tea. So I didn't like this brand. Anyone who likes their tea super sweet may love this one. But for me it's a no go. Overall, the taste of masala is good. But the taste of tea is weak. This is expected as it's an instant chai.
