I live alone, and I am too tired after work to make myself a cup of tea from scratch. This is an amazing product. The taste, the sweetness, the flavor, the aroma, everything is just right. Just take care of the proportion of water needed for one packet, get that right and you have yourself a beautiful cup of tea. Does not beat the tea made from scratch using actual tea leaves and all, but doesn't disappointment either.

I purchased this despite warnings that it was a bit on the sweeter side. It tastes kind of ok but the sugar dominates. It's convenient for travel and that i think is the best part of it. And yes use only half the water or else it is too dilute like Railways chai

It’s not the mix that one gets to experience in the in-flight menu of different airlines. I had liked it so much I ordered it from Silkrute. Honestly, this is a “watered down” version of the real thing. Waste of money.
