I think it has a very nice and unique coffee flavour. Maybe because it is single roasted and then is freeze vacuum dried. Whereas most instant coffee are double roasted.

When I had opened the new pack, the coffee had an aromatic flavour - but it became lumpy and became dark after a month itself. I was keeping it in its own glass bottle, maybe issue with not being air tight. Will try to avoid from next time.

I expected a lot from continental, they have excellent premix coffee that has an amazing taste and aroma. This freeze dried coffee however fails to stand up to its name and is a disappointment. Taste is just like regular coffee with no distinct aroma or taste.
