Typically, people buying this are trying to get their proteins for the day into their overall diet. Whether or not I'm getting all the proteins as claimed, I'm definitely getting some. More importantly, these taste great. With all the other protein mueslis out there, these definitely win on the flavour scorecard.I take about 75 grams with 200 ml of milk, as a male adult I should be getting about 80 grams of proteins a day minimum. I get approximately 25 - 27 grams of protein with those two ingredients. That is about 33% of my daily proteins at breakfast.It mixes well with milk and has just the right texture for me. Crunchy, chocolatey and nutty. I love every bowl that I eat.

I regularly order this product for my kids. This time when I emptied the stuff in my air tight container, I noticed that there were no dried fruits( no cranberry , no raisins, no dates)- very little almonds , no chia seeds very few pumpkin seeds. I am really disappointed to see such latent deception. I hope the manufacturer or the company agents take necessary steps in this regard.

I have been using this product for more than a year. I'm not sure if the ingredients have changed, but they have added sugary chocos. I got this product a week ago and thought I had bought a different one because it tastes so different from the older version and it's so bad. Yogabar should consider changing it back to the older recipe.

I like this product as I am using it for long. For a change I ordered almond and Quinoa flavour and by mistake received dark chocolate and cranberry flavour . No issues ???? will try it . Almonds for next order.This happened for the first time.But this should not happen again.Good luck

The flavour is really nice as welll as the taste but the thing is that the product I recieved in kind of semi solid situation it make heap as soon as I open the container...so it is little dissapointing and also I have a doubt regarding the quantity they mentioned that this pack contain 500g but previously when I bought kellogs from normal grocery store of 400 g the amount is more than this...so it is misleading.Otherwise taste and quality is 5 star.
