I have been purchasing these oats since one year. Recently, the quality is not good with lots of dust in it. Earlier, there used to be whole grains of oats but there is so much dust now. It seems oats are roasted as there are more black colour oats. Smell is bad. Pls maintain quality otherwise i have to discontinue using this brand.

Recently switched to rolled oats after instant oats and it was a good decision. These are gluten free oats which actually help with the weight management process. You can have it with smoothies or as oatmeal or overnight oats.

**~ I used to have Kellogg’s, Quaker and Patanjali’s quick oats . They’re really ok for quick recipes. They don’t need much time to get soft and absorb the liquid but the rolled oats are different .They are larger in size and a bit rough . Brownish in colour and full of nutrients . They fill your tummy for a longer time and doesn’t make you crave for other food whereas quick oats tend to make you less fuller.I use it to make overnight oats and my granola bars.the texture is so lovely and they satisfy your hunger so well .

Eating oats is not something i enjoy but still doing it for staying healthy. Once i started to use it, i didn"t use any other product. The taste is good, can be made with only water and salt. I am alergatic to milk. But any other product does not taste good without milk, but this one does. Hence i will continue to use this untill i find any better alternative
