Well flavour seems to bit different from regular oats bars but not bad for the time you try. Looking at items used for making this, I personally felt it's bit high on the price but worth it as we were able to see the results. So we had to order few more.

I faced a lot of low milk supply issues since my baby couldn’t latch properly during the initial days. I tried to pump and feed him but I wasn’t too comfortable and my supply remained low. My doctor recommended this product to me and I would have one bar a day and trust me within 3 days my BM supply increased like magic!

Bought it after seeing the reviews. I don't know if energy bars always tastes like this but I absolutely hate it. It's been recommended to have 2 bars per day but it took me 3 days to complete 1 bar. May be it has some benefits but the taste is worst.
