The breakfast bar tastes really nice but quite small and may not exactly be a meal replacement option. Though the product description on Silkrute says 20g × 9bars, the actual jar contains 23 × 8bars. Infact, this is wrongly stated at one place even on the jar. The label which says 23 × 8 is a sticker on the actual label.
