Girls color is not that popping, unless you put base of black liner. It's too watery that to make color visible you have to double coat it . Not worth it.

The pink color eyeliner is dried out. I exchanged it but the problem exist in the replaced one also. Other ordered colors blue and purple work smoothly. I was out of station and took it along to match with my daughter's dress. The stroke did not come out nicely. The particles were coming with each stroke, making it look bad. In case I can get a refund, please process.
