I was very eager to use this product, however pump is not working.Feedback to company: Just put the cream in small yet wide mouth container n give an applicator. No need for rolling ball etc.

I tried numerous times after receiving the eye cream, but the pump doesn't work ??Can't comment on how it's for under eye darkness if I can't use it ??Silkrute arranged for prompt replacement, but unfortunately that doesn't work too ??So it seems like a manufacturing defect and company should rectify it ..

I ordered ds product 15 days ago n also got my 1st delivery aftr subs ie 5% discount rate bt now vn i time came of my 2nd delivery ie 10% discount delivery cancelled my delivery n subscribtion .. Even customer care failed to salve my problm as i liked d product n wanted my 2nd delivery also ..though later i found same product on d other site on cheeper rate + a face cream from d same the moms co .. Free ???? m happy to purchase product is good really works on eye puffiness as i never had dark circles bt it serves d purpose . ??
