I bought this cream with low hopes - how could a product this inexpensive do anything about my really stubborn acne? And I was pleasantly surprised with the results. First, this cream won't make your face oily. And with regular use on clean face, I noticed a considerable innocent improvement in my acne. My skin became softer and smoother, and also the redness was reduced. Even the new acne that popped up, took much little time to subside. My acne is due to internal reasons, so I can't blame this cream for not stopping them altogether. However, it did a wonderful job to kill them once they came up. All in all, a must have in your anti acne arsenal.
