For persons suffering with closed comedonal acne, this is the best choice. I have tried salicylic acid and skin for several months with CTSMS routine and of no use. Everyday I end up with new acne and got frustated. These kind of acne wont come out easily and they are trapped deep down into the skin and wont form any puss.
