The body wash is amazing, it's not the first time I have purchased the product although it is the first time I purchased it via Amazon. The price on Amazon is definitely lesser (Rs 216) but there is a delivery fee added at the time of checkout When I received the product, due to the poor packaging, it had leaked everywhere including inside the box. I don't understand why it was so poorly packaged despite the fact that I paid a delivery fee. Because of this poor packaging, the pump was also damaged and the product kept leaking out and dripping continuously from the nozzle. This made the product unusable for me. I don't have an issue with the product, the body wash is amazing and smells great too (it doesn't smell like the soap bar, it smells more like the shampoo) If you want to buy this product, definitely go for it but maybe buy it in person or from somewhere that will package it better.

Dove products are always very good quality. However, the last three times I have ordered these, the bottle has leaked. One has to clean the outside of the bottles which are smeared with the leaked shower gel. They need to improve their shipping process.
