The mouth of the pump was exposed from the plastic. Didn't think much of it but then I noticed the product had around 2 inches less product filled inside. The Silkrute plastic packagr also had a slice on the side of it. But the outer paper packing was completely intact. So I'm not sure if something happened to it or it really has less product inside the bottle. The body wash is great quality wise. So cannot give it a low rating
